Fantastic service and personnel, exceptional care and services including very good breakfast Great location, right in the middle of the city Modern room

Only 2 details. Water was not really hot late evening, not that it would be cold, but a bit more hot would be nice. Lift is really slow. If you live on the 5th floor, it can get annoying, but still manageable. Understand the reasons.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte: due adulti e una bambina di 3 anni. Si percepiscono pienamente l’amore, la passione e la cura per ogni dettaglio; ci è capitato raramente di sentirci così accolti. La struttura è molto bella, curata e nuova. Apprezzatissima l’idea di trovare in camera tre bottiglie d’acqua naturale e tre di acqua frizzante gratuite. Il kit a disposizione è completo e ben fornito: è davvero difficile trovare anche il minimo difetto. Anche la colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità; splendida l’idea di preparare i piatti caldi al momento. Tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato in struttura si sono dimostrate estremamente disponibili e cordiali.
