location, value for money and advances technology used.

sheets werent already clean and tv wasnt working. asked us to pay for dry cleaning stating some stains on the towels. The hotel charges to cover all such expenses and was silly to to ask guest to pay for getting the towels dry cleaned.

Staff, Room(s), cleanliness, breakfast.

Kitchen was only opened between 7 to 10.30 pm. Exhaust fan of one of the washroom was not working and never got fixed. There is neither AC nor ceiling fan in living room of the suite.
