1. no hot water 2. hotel staff is making ridiculous rules about charging me with house keeping bill for any stain in bed sheets 3. no accommodating for a simple late check out as their check in timing is 2, while check out is at 11 4. it’s a scam overall and don’t book a place here

Wifi speed could get better. In our room, we were not able to get the wifi properly.

It is a little known but very good budget hotel. There was some difficulty finding it (it is actually right behind the Leela Palace) and the approach road was a bit wonky. The hotel room and services are very good. The staff are polite and the breakfast is decent. Not a very big spread but they do try to accommodate your needs as best they can.

Barring the location, the approach and the lack of parking, this was a good hotel.
