We stay here a lot for the affordability and location

I purchased 2 rooms for my daughter’s birthday on Sunday night. 1 room for me and my husband and 1 room for our son. Our son returned to the hotel before us and they wouldn’t let him into his room. He had ID which has the same last name as ours it was 1oclock in the morning it’s ridiculous
