The hotel very close to southern cross station maybe 100 metres up the road . Breakfast was filling and fresh . My room was spacious. Reception accomaditing we required a fan for our room. All staff friendly including kitchen staff. The reason for choosing this hotel was its closeness to train station there also plenty of tram close by to go further if you didn't want to walk

No room service Windows don't open ( I'm guessing it's for safety reason) Our room had no aircon. I think it was central heating in our room . ( hubby don't like the heat even in the winter. I found it nice and comfortable. )
