Niente.

Stanza enorme fredda e dispersiva, senza alcun riscaldamento e molto rumorosa in quanto gli infissi erano pietosi con tanti spifferi, bagno stretto , freddo ed impraticabile.

"Apparte l'appartamento che era abbastanza modesto, la posizione e molto favorevole."

Posizione molto favorevole. Ogni cosa era vicina, dalla stazione Centrale fino a Bari Vecchia e con il resto dei pub. Unica nota positiva della camera, nel bagno c'era sempre acqua calda. Anche tanti negozi e panifici nei dintorni.

Appena si entra al appartamento rimani basito dalla stanza, una cucina se si puo definire cosi...al limite. Tanta muffa in giro, letti non molto comodi e porte per il balcone purtroppo di antica data. Consiglio al proprietario di modellare ancora di piu la stanza poiche il potenziale c'e.
