That after complaining at 23.00 about the flat that was an old room with all the furniture very old and all of the sockets but I mean all the power plug if this very badly maintained flat that looks nothing like the photo, he sent us his helper to bring us the key of another room, not flat that is refurbished but that was not as expected, it is a room reconverted of an original flat and you can see the room was part of a children's room and the bathroom is a way too big with no heating so it is kind of cold when you come out the shower and there are not enough spaces to put your things/no curtains in the window of the bathroom and looks like there was another room there that has been emptied and there is all this empty space and the floor was not clean, but at least the power outlets were working and the furniture were not from 1950 like in the original flat that is advertised in here

The fact that the flat has got not lift and is not mentioned and me and my 70 years old mom had to carry all our luggages upstairs on 3 floors by stairs, once there we arrive in a very unmaintained old council flat that has got the furniture of 1950 and the toilet is very very small and dirty. There was no heating and not even 1 socket working, they were all broken or smashed like pushed all the way inside the socket slot. The room/flat looks nothing like the photo and looks like some granny old house abandoned for years that someone is renting out at this price!!! I had to complain about the guy of the check in over the phone to ask him to change us of room or I would have done a huge complaint about it!

La mancanza di alcuni servizi igienici, la mancanza di riscaldamento e la posizione della seconda camera in soppalco, omessa,e la puca sicurezza delle scale per raggiungerla

Sono stata felice quando sono andata via. Dico solo che è stato molto prima del previsto, non ho neanche passato la notte in quello squallido appartamento.

Ho prenotato l’appuntamento per questioni lavorative, nessuno mi ha contattato per il check-in, ho dovuto insistere io con le telefonate e solo in quel momento, mi hanno ascoltata. Booking mi aveva già incluso nel pagamento la tassa di soggiorno, ma il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in, ha voluto gli altri “no quelli sono altri” non so cosa intendesse, ma siccome ero in ritardo (perché l’ho dovuto aspettare fuori), ho evitato di fare storie. Al mio ritorno la sera, pensavo di potermi fare una doccia, di sedermi a cenare, invece le brutte sorprese sono state diverse… era tutto lurido, le sedie in paglia avevano la muffa ed erano completamente rotte, fortunatamente me ne sono accorta in tempo; le ragnatele vanno da parete a parete, il bagno era tutto completamente incrostato, aveva delle macchie marroni ovunque, il letto aveva un materasso inesistente (quando mi ci sono seduta sopra, ho direttamente sentito le doghe) ed era sporco, anche quello. Per ultimo, le prese di corrente non funzionavano, quindi non avevo la possibilità di caricare il cellulare e l’idea di passare la notte lì mi ha psicologicamente devastata, anche perché ho provato a pulire, ma avrei davvero dovuto pulire ogni angolo della casa, e non sarebbe comunque bastato per evitare di prendere qualche tipo di malattia. Quando ho avvisato del fatto che stavo andando via, sono stata direttamente ignorata, quindi a loro non importava e non importa tutt’ora. Purtroppo ho poche foto, non ho avuto il tempo di farne altre.

Struttura super vecchia, porte cadenti, pulizia inguardabile. Letto super scomodo e prese della corrente non funzionanti, compresa quella della TV.
