The breakfast

The indoor pool was closed which was the reason that we booked the hotel in the first place.

"I would never stay here again."

The staff was very kind.

It was dirty. They were working on the property. The pool was closed. It was very noisy and dusty.

Girl on duty was new and not sufficiently trained to be released to check travelers in. Had zero clue. Took 55 minutes to finally get to a room after having to have manager come up to hotel to check me in. Used booking.com in order to make it easier on new employee, but she still couldn’t check me in. Rate was higher than hotel rate. Since after midnight, couldn’t check in with booking.com reservation, since checkin was after 4 pm. Charged by hotel and booking .com was not refundable.

The pool was closed. Would like a night refunded. It was over 100 degree would have liked to have a pool as advertised.
