pool was not working, people on the 3rd floor were loud most of the night, the smell was bad, beds uncomfortable, front desk was not friendly at all, had zero bottle water to purchase

Evening and morning staff was kind and friendly.

We woke up to wet (carpet)floors, bed, our clothes, shoes all wet. Water was everywhere even came dripping from the ceiling and set off our fire alarm in our room. We had to put on wet item and hurry around to get out cause it was so loud.

Have to ask for towels. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee, trays empty at 8 am, only cereal and garbage. Noone to fill stuff up. Room smelled moldy. Horrible . People leaving mad.

the air conditioning was poor at best. we requested another room but was told by staff the hotel was full. I visited with the Hotel Manager this morning and he informed me parts were being ordered to upgrade the air conditioning. we were not comfortable until the weather cooled about midnight.

clean rooms and breakfast was delicious

pool didn’t work however they collaborated with another hotel so we could go swimming.
