Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Norman

The front desk staff was amazing and so was the food and the staff stocking the food.

If I were being picky I’d say I’d like more of a selection at the front with the snacks. That being said I should point out many hotels don’t provide that amenity at all.

The friendly lady at the desk, Becky, who did Everything from check in, to cooking breakfast, to answering phones during cooking breakfast! She needs some help hired In this location terribly!

Booked on November 26th. Upon arrival, our room was not "ready". Waited until 4:30 to finally check in, citing "the room hadnt been cleaned yet". Approximately 10 guests who arrived after us, with and without reservations, checked in and went straight to their room (s) No answers as to why. I had requested the top floor during booking. Called for early check in at 11 am that morning, was told that would be fine. Pool says open but was closed.

IT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING.

There was no housekeeping so my dirty towels and trash was piled in my room. I was told that my towels an trash would be taken out as I requested but this did not happen.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Part of the outer window was broken. I was able to open the window when it should have been locked. I was on the first floor. That made me very uncomfortable.
