"Lovely place to stop, would return"

Lovely little pub with rooms, super location for where we were going to a function, sadly only a very short stay, literally to sleep and change! Wanted to sample food as it looked so good but we literally dumped our bags, changes for the function we were off to and slept and left for our flight. Lovely room even if a bit small, but served our purpose very well.

Lighting in room was very low.

"Conveniently located & friendly pub"

Very well run pub with rooms. Friendly landlord & efficient. Restaurant was extremely busy but the food came out hot & tasty!

Our room was in the loft, up 2 flights of stairs! (Not fun in your sixties)

"The pub offers decent food but room was not worth £80 for the night."

Bed was not comfy, and was really noisy when you moved. Room was basic, had kettle but no mugs.
