B&B Fine Venice

Good for the price, apartment was clean and nice, the host was friendly, it is less than 10 minutes walking to the train station and get very fast to Venice!

Everything was ok.

cozy and comfortable room.

the shower being a timer. luckily the water stayed warm.

Big like to host for organizing everything till small details. Easy located parking, quite region away from central streets. Beds and towels fresh,all areas clean. Nice breakfast system. Possible self check in system.

Good location, plenty of places to eat within the vicinity. Breakfast catered for everyone, the variety was good.

Rules about everything, could not eat in or drink in room, shower pressure was awful and kept turning off every couple of minutes.

Extremely helpful hosts! Easy to communicate in English! Helped us with a parking spot! Thank you very much! Good location - quite close to bus stop. Very comfortable bed!

It was very humid in the room and a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Since I have asthma I felt it right away. Our Italian friends said that this is a common problem in Italy.

Venice island is easy to reach from the accommodation by train Room was spacious, everything was clean

Breakfast was not delicious, everything packed in plastic If you unload your luggage from the car in front of the gate to the property (for 0.1 second), the landlord will become extremely mad. He wasn't friendly in general in our opinion.

Well located to catch the bus to Venice and breakfast is plentiful with a range of items (muesli, cereal, toast, spreads, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee and lots of snacks). The room was spacious too and the hosts were very accomodating and communicated very well pre check in.
