Hello, Franko and David! You are very cool and all of our host was great! Thank you for great room, clean and nice bed sheets, modern TV and breakfeast! Coffee, coffee and one more time - coffee! It's Sorprendente! The place of house is a few minuts from railway station and Lidl and Mega (groceries shops) is very close from B&B! Thank you! We wish you to develop and maintain your friendliness!

Excellent B&B run by friendly owners. Well located for Venice as long as you're not hard of walking. Easy to get buses and trains. Excellent breakfast and coffee/teas available anytime of the day/night.

Room 1 is close to the dining room where breakfast is laid out so can be a little noisy first thing in the morning. Could do with a door between the rooms and the dining room. Only a small downside.

The owners were kind and friendly. We got every information also how the fastest way to get to the apartment from the airport. The breakfast was fantastic and the room too. Thank you everything. If we travel again we defenitely choose your apartment.

great breakfast, best-designed rooms and furniture, welcoming host

two mattresses on a big bed is a bit uncomfortable, but it's nothing serious. we had a good sleep anyways.
