holes in bed clothes. roach traps. stained bath towels. monolog television. room looked like it hadn’t been stayed in in months. charged an extra $25 even after paying in full in advance

There was nothing unique except the fact they think filth is OK. A cockroach was on the bathroom wall and one crawled on my wife's arm. The carpet could not be walked on with bare feet it was so filthy. The fact that you as a corporation even recommend this place is disgusting and unconscionable. We had to go and stay with some people we barley met.

I would never stay here again. My check in clerk was in workout gear and did not have the time of day to really interact. The appearance left me disappointed. Nothing seemed organized in the surrounding workspace. Papers everywhere and a food container sitting out in the open. My room was not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. There were stains in the sheets, comforter, bathtub floor, and carpets. the air conditioner sounded like there was running water in it, the curtains had electrical tape covering a hole I suppose which left me wondering if it was a bullet hole and the stains on the bed were cleaned up blood stains. I stayed the night only because my fiance and I were exhausted and simply did not have the energy to attempt a refund which I would not likely receive nor try to find somewhere else to stay for an additional cost. Side note: My son told me that he was specifically told to never stay in this motel.
