I arrived after midnight and called the front desk for parking instructions. The night clerk, Stacia, did not provide clear or usable directions. When I asked for clarification to avoid parking incorrectly, she hung up on me in the middle of the call. When I later arrived at the front desk, the situation worsened. She told me she had the authority to deny my check-in, even though I was already checked in with a confirmed reservation. She then made me wait for an extended period, claiming she could not issue a room key, while refusing to switch computers, call a supervisor, or seek help from anyone else. This did not appear to be a technical issue — it seemed intentional. The tone was arrogant, dismissive, and hostile. At no point was I rude; I was trying to check into a room I had already paid for. Hanging up on a guest, providing incorrect information, and refusing to involve a supervisor are unacceptable under any circumstances, but especially late at night when guests are tired and vulnerable. This experience reflects extremely poorly on the management and oversight of this property. I will not return, and I strongly caution other travelers — particularly late-night arrivals — to consider staying elsewhere.

I liked the intimate feel of the property and the staff is very friendly. The location to the arena is perfect.

The beds were lumpy!

Very nice hotel comfortable room and good breakfast. Easy walk to North St.

Hotel was great. But there is no supermarket or chemist around. North Market is a saviour for something quick to eat.

The staff was cery unfriendly and was wuite vocal that they didnt want to be there.

The people at the desk (Michael and Angel) when I checked in were nice! The rest of the stay the attendants at the desk acted like they would rather die than answer a question! Actually Walked away when I was asking a question! The food was HORRIBLE. Macaroni and cheese with BBQ Brisket. The noodles were not cooked, there was 1% milk in the bottom of the plate, NO cheese. Older brisket (Tough) with ketchup and vinegar on it. Now I know why the waiter looked at me funny when he set it in front of me! I barely tasted it to see if it was as bad as it looked and I almost threw up! He came running over, I told him to tell the “Chef” that this was the most horrible food I have ever been served. The menu has 4 items on it. I went with fish and tartar sauce. Well that is not tartar sauce. I ate fish with ketchup for the first time in my life. Don’t waste your money! Do Not leave anything in your room for even five minutes! I went downstairs to meet my nieces at the door and came back, my room door was open and my diamond earrings were gone!! Hate this place! Never again!

Stayed for a concert. Valet drop off was easy and check in was fast. My room was clean and comfortable. The towels were the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel - very soft & thick. Breakfast options were good. Would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.
