"Lot of fun, great rooftop restaurant, and very clean!"

Went for a concert and this place was awesome! They have a cool rooftop restaurant and bar that has great views of downtown Columbus. Food and drinks were also very good. Very clean hotel and room was really nice. Will definitely be staying here when going back to Columbus.

Cbus was experiencing a heat wave during my stay and the room was really hot. Market Central cafe food is not good, had a couple of meals there. Surrounding hotels/restaurants are much better

"Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and great service."

We were only here a short time as we stayed while we drove through. I forgot to take pictures, but it was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, and very tasteful decor. The lady at the front desk kindly moved us to the fourth floor from the ninth when we arrived as I have a phobia about elevators. My only complaint is that the valet is $45 or you have to use city parking decks, but we were fine with doing that. Overall, if we are ever back in Columbus, I’ll be booking here.

"Won’t be back"

Niceish room

Elevator broken down, was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and forced to stay in another room without any of my things. Battery was dead in the door lock and for some reason they couldn’t fix it.. inexcusable.

Maxine was extremely accommodating at check-in. Rooms are super nice and comfortable. Central to so much to do. Kayla was pleasant upon check-out.

"Good choice for a downtown hotel"

New hotel with nice design. Rooms are with good size

Some maintenance issues. I discussed with the front desk at time of departure. Parking a car is too expensive.
