Bar staff nice

The fridge didn’t work in room for vital medication. I told receptionist (who on first visit tried to charge me for stay, on second visit said they would fix the fridge while we were away and it was completely ignored. Nothing fixed for vital medication which could cause major health effects..shocking lack of service on reception from tall guy there..just not interested …others seemed ok.. at best

The outside of the hotel is fine. Fine in that way that you dont really expect greatness but you at least expect it to be clean. Ita deceptive in that way. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and decorated extensively which was surprising. Almost a modern 70s thing going on which at first was a little overwhelming but it looked good. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best I think I've ever used. Hotel was easy to navigate. The hotel bar was really nice too. The bartender was phenomenal. The place felt safe and secure even when it was just 2 drunk girls wandering around at 2am (lol). My bestie and I had gone down for one night for a concert and anytime we go to another we will be staying at this hotel. Its worth every penny! Such an excellent nights sleep.

Billing upon checkout was a little confusing but not a big deal.
