Absolutely shocking experience. Arrived at 11am knowing we would not be able to check in, however we had plans to go to the Gillette Stadium, the staff at reception happily let us drop our bags and said we could check in when we returned. We returned just after 2am and it all went down hill from there. After a very long day we just wanted a bed for the night. We confirmed with the hotel that our room was for 3 people and headed to our room. On arrival to the room we noticed the 3rd bed had not been made up so I headed back down to ask about it to be handed a sheet and one pillow at this point I just wanted a bed for my young son, so I headed back up to the room to make the bed up myself. Once back in the room I discovered that the chair in the room did not fold into a bed. Back to reception I went. The man on reception did not have a clue what I was on about and after standing arguing with me for several minutes agreed to change us rooms. You can imagine my disappointment when I entered the 2nd room to be greeted once again to only one bed. However this one did have a sofa. Due to the late hour I made this into a bed for my son and went to bed.

Everything. This is the 1st time in Boston I can say the staff could not care less. Playing on there phones at reception rather that dealing with customers. Socking service!

The rooms were quiet, the beds medium firm, and the bed pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The place is designed well with pleasing aesthetics. The bar makes good drinks. The gym is nice.

It isnt very walkable to anything but 1 restaurant. The breakfast was okay, sausages/potatoes/bagels good but pancakes syrup not very good. Coffee okay. My biggest complaint was the constant weed smoking on the 3rd floor. Even with a towel on the floor at the door, it still came in my room and I was at the very end. It was bothersome, but not sure how you stop it without going room to room.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was great for the Gillette/Boston stadium.

Everything was excellent from check in to service and accommodation.
