"Great except the snippy staff"

I liked how nice the hotel is. Very comfy.

I did not like how rude the front desk staff was. His name was Jessie, and he was extremely rude at check in. Kept being distracted by a female.

"Surprise AZ gem of a hotel !"

Gem of a hotel in Northwest Phoenix area ! QUALITY-CLEANLINESS-AND COMFORT- all are here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surprise, AZ. The floors, the bathrooms and common visitor areas are clean and welcoming. The ac system works great-more than 50 channels on the tv, and a pool to relax in. Add in a freshly prepared breakfast omelet, and you have a great day ahead of you. The Staff, from kitchen to front desk to housekeeping works like a family, and you are safe and welcome.

Great Hotel to stay at while visiting AZ. I was able to visit family in Whitman and travel to Tombstone for a day trip. Enjoyed the pool.

"Outstanding staff comfort and service"

My husband and I frequent this hotel many times. I've never had such great attention, politeness, great service from a quaint hotel as the Hilton garden in Surprise. The front office staff remembers me each time I come here. The staff at the restaurant are outstanding. Rich cook, one of the servers provided us the most professional, attentive service we've had in a long time. Thank you Hilton gardens, this is a fabulous establishment and we look forward to our next visit. I had a girlfriend in her child visit with us, and Rich went out of his way to bring her a single strawberry because she saw one on her mother's plate. I love the individual service they provide.
