Hilton Garden Inn Surprise Phoenix

Wonderful staff and Very Clean. I stayed for over 2 months and developed some good relationships with some Very fine people. As a result of these relationships, I was able to get a very good rate even during Spring Training, that many of the folks I work with were able to receive the same rate. During my stay, I had many meals at the restaurant. Although just a little more pricey than a local restaurant the service makes up for the small price difference. The best service I received was from Josey (Allie). Allie's personality and care for her customers is Top Level. She greets every customer with a smile and polite, professional conversation. When she had the day off, I went out to a local restaurant.

Very convenient location with easy access to Phoenix motorways. The friendliness and efficiency of all staff we interacted with was a real treat. Facilities are well cared for and clean

I was not able to check in because of emergency. I tried to change the date and it would not let me .tried calling and not no answer

The whole stay was very pleasant! The hotel was super clean and inviting and at night it was so quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Frank in the restaurant was the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. ADA accessible, was very nice.

Jossy has given me the best customer service ever. She has been extremely helpful and polite. When you go there ask her to pour you a Rene. Her service is unmatched and she is so polite. Thank you for a great experience during my work travels.

The front desk staff were great and very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. 2nd time staying here and highly recommend.
