Good quiet location away from the craziness of the ancient town but only a 5 minute walk away. Pool was fantastic to cool down from the heat of Hoi An. Staff were lovely and can book any tours or drivers for you.

Room key needed to keep the air conditioning on and only given one room key so room was very hot each time we came back to it and took a while to cool down. Small breakfast selection but still substantial.

The location is quiet yet not too far from the hustle & bustle of night market, river, old town. The swimming pool is clean. cosy family like. Great host. Friendly... esp receptionist Elsa

the furniture is slightly dated for our room. some lightings are not working. will be better if can add abit more lights to the room.
