Stayed in the 1 br with jacuzzi. The property was not clean with lots of dead and alive insects, no cleaning tools were available, the jacuzzi wasn’t working well and wasn’t clean, the pillows are not human, the couch was super dirty, overall the apartment needs proper maintenance and a full revamp.

Everything about the place was perfect! Easy access, Parking, Cleanliness, and Access to a very near pool.

The fridge was not working very well.

The pool was under construction, and we were not informed of this beforehand. Upon booking, it was mentioned in the facilities that there is a functioning pool. Moreover, there were extreme construction noises at the pool waking us up every day at 8:30 AM. After contacting the contact person, he told me he'd get back to me, but he never did. Very dissapointed.

The accommodation was good but the owner of the place should hand over the place in time as she told me in the phone , we went at 3 pm and we found the cleaning man is still cleaning so we delivered the place 30 minutes late , One more thing is the people who are in charge of the place should at least put one bottle of water ( it’s not expensive actually ) , some packs of coffee ( not expensive as well ) , the wifi of the place wasn’t working therefore I was using the wifi of the place right next to my place I expected the responsible person of the property to get back to me after the first time he came to the property and failed to connect our phones to our place’s but I have used the WiFi of the next property next to mine within my staying duration Last thing I don’t think I’m gonna do it again Thanks Best regards ,

This was the worst experience ever. The pictures were misleading, the unit was not ready on time for check-in, and I had to wait for hours on the street. The unit itself was a mess, unclean, with damaged or broken furniture. Furthermore, the team handling the unit was dishonest, inefficient, and unprofessional.
