Hampton Inn Raleigh Cary

The staff very pleasant and helpful and all the aspect. Very happy costumer.

Convenient location and good/standard breakfast but facility was in need of a lot of maintenance and repair. Was a good price so you get what you pay for. Clean and comfortable bed.

The property could use a serious update but it was clean. The staff was very personable and just really good people. The breakfast was tasty and a nice assortment of items to chose from. Nice experience and I would stay again.

Friendly staff!! Fromt desk hal was perfect! Generous- water bottles offered Clean!!! No mold!!!

Check in was nice and smooth. Room was clean and had everything you needed to stay a few days. Only draw back at the time of stay was the elevator was busted.

Hotel was quiet and the room was fine. However there appears to be a real lack of attention to Maintenace in this hotel. When we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service and when we left, both were down, leading to us walking down five flights of stairs. In addition, multiple ice machines were out of service. Would probably not stay her again.

Lobby was dark and dated. One elevator wasn’t working and one ice machine was broken. The room itself was nice and the breakfast offered many choices

Bed was great and so was the staff

I stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton this past weekend, and I want to start by highlighting the one bright spot Zora at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful attentive to every detail, cheerful, and incredibly sweet. Honestly, I’d hire her myself if I could. Hilton is lucky to have her. That said, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. It was dirty, the elevators were out of order, and the whole place felt more like a rundown motel than a Hilton branded property. While I was notified ahead of time about the elevator issue, it doesn’t excuse the overall poor condition of the hotel. Whoever is managing this property clearly isn’t maintaining Hilton’s standards. It’s a shame, because with better leadership and care, this could be a decent place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The rooms are run down and dirty, common areas are just as bad, staff is basically nonexistent and unhelpful. The elevator does not work which was not disclosed until 12:30 on the day of check in. We were not aware because we were traveling to Raleigh and did not check emails on the road. All of the other hotels in the general area were full so we had no other choice but to stay. I should have just driven 4 hours back home after our event. Book anywhere else and save yourself a miserable night.
