Gianni was a lovely host, we had a very warm welcome he could not have made us feel more relaxed. The accommodation was lovely and clean and had everything and more than we needed. The breakfast area was perfect and it was great to have the space to prepare our food and enjoy it in such a beautiful setting. Thank you Gianni, we hope to return and spend even more time next trip.

Excellent host and location very convenient to access Siena

Dalla prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato qui, sono già passati 13 anni. Ma ogni volta che torniamo a Siena, per noi esiste solo Gianni e il suo Podere il Pero. Accoglienza impeccabile, disponibilità e presenza costante; insostituibile il rapporto umano che si è instaurato negli anni. Bellissima la struttura, immersa nel verde ma vicinissima al centro storico e a tutti i servizi, è una piccola oasi di pace. Sempre pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Grazie Gianni e alla prossima vacanza!

Everything. This place exceeded my expectations and the one of my family. Gianni and his parents were the nicest people in town. The place was very clean and comfortable. The place was the exact Tuscany experience we were looking for. Everything smelled so good inside the facilities. Outside, the smell was even better with the sense of nature and the Tuscany itself. You can notice the place is being taken care of every day. There are a lot of different trees and the view is just amazing. You can see the big work Gianni has put into the place. The owner is so friendly that we enjoyed every moment of having a conversation with him and his parents. You just feel at home and loved.

בעלים מדהים ומסביר פנים, בין היותר נחמדים שנתקלנו בהם אי פעם, לישראלים שפה, אין חשש מהבחינה הזאת. אחלה תמורה לכסף, פינת קפה נחמדה עם מיקרוגל וכל מיני.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits der Altstadt am Beginn einer Serpentinenstraße (die man auf jeden Fall mal hochlaufen oder -fahren sollte für einen tollen Ausblick) und hat den Flair eines Agriturismo-Hofs. Innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im historischen Stadtzentrum von Siena. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und super sauber, ebenso ist die gesamte Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gianni, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat einige gute Tipps für Siena und Umgebung parat.

Es gibt einen Wintergarten, der mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Co. ausgestattet ist und in dem man sich theoretisch selbst Frühstück und andere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Allerdings gibt es kein Besteck und Geschirr, das war etwas schade. Wahrscheinlich hätte man aber sogar was bekommen können, wenn man gefragt hätte.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Siena! Sie liegt perfekt: stadtnah, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, umgeben von Weinreben – typisch toskanisch eben. Unser Gastgeber war super freundlich, hat uns tolle Restauranttipps gegeben, die eher unter den Einheimischen bekannt sind, und uns sogar das Pferderennen im Stadtteil der „Schnecken“ erklärt – ein richtig besonderes Erlebnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Der ca. 1km lange Weg in die Stadt war nichts ehr gut für Fußgänger geeignet.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Sienne. La maison et le jardin sont très beaux; La chambre spacieuse. L'accueil de Gianni est très agréable et ses conseils judicieux.
