L'accueil est très sympathique. Possibilité de garer la voiture sur place et d'utiliser la terrasse couverte . Proximité d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre ville.

I can't express enough how great this accommodation is when staying in Siena. The host made check in so easy and helped us with check in. We were allowed to choose our room on arrival. All options were very spacious and had that 'traditional Italian" feel to them. We felt more like guests in the hosts home rather than customers booking a hotel. The place was lovely and all the amenities were as advertised. Spacious room, great bathroom, great air conditioner. It was also a 5 minute walk from two pizzerias and a small grocery store. The bus stop to go into Old Town Siena was also only a 5 minute walk away from the accommodation and only a 10 minute ride (Warning: the S54 bus stops running at 9 and the 51G stops running at 9:30. After this you will need to walk back. It is a very easy, 30 minute downhill stroll though so it is not the worst thing in the world). I would stay here if ever traveling to Siena again. A great way to get out of the crowds of Old Town bus still be in the action in 10 minutes.

We loved the rural and green location which still benefitted from close proximity to the city - a pleasant 20 minute walk or very short bus journey. The homeliness and upkeep of the property was just delightful. Gianni was a fabulous host, his family were onsite and whilst we had no language understanding were very kind and lovely to see throughout our stay. Giannis attention to detail in the home in keeping with the farmhouse history was just beautiful. Rooms were of a brilliant size and the glasshouse outdoor was lovely. Everything was kept so clean by daily services and we had no faults whatsoever. Even after our insane travel delays and complications, Gianni was so helpful and understanding throughout. He really is a great host! We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit the city but feel that they are in the Tuscan countryside.

It would have been perfect setting for breakfast but I completely understand why this is not offered at the property. I would maybe suggest having a small basket with cups/glasses and cutlery in each room so that it is easier to use the glasshouse when staff are not available!

Superbe, très propre, grand chambre, endroit calme, parking privé et gratuit, personnel aimable, près du centre-ville en bus et au pied. A grand merci. A recommander, à revenir.

Gianni made us feel super home, because he is so nice and attentive. The garden and the coffee place are beautiful, so green and calm. You have Tuscany remote vibes but being super close to Siena (city center walkable, up a bit of a steep hill, but still very doable). The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We definitely recommend it.
