The Landmark Inn on Orcas Island

Great location, basic lodging with full kitchen, amazing view!

Back bedroom's shade's didn't block out bright outdoor light during night.

Location with a wonderful view. Nice balcony. Perfect size for two adults, not four. Nice layout. Functional kitchen. It seems that every unit has different decoration, 103 was much better than ours. Nice people at the desk.

Unit 104 has a terrible bathroom: dark, very poor lighting, BLACK countertop and GOLD sink, black fixtures, very high bathtub and NO guardrails, difficult to work shower. Small beds, queen size. TV kept stopping every few minutes so gave up - although there are hundreds of channels including Britbox, don't count on being able to actually watch anything.

After traveling by plane to Seattle from Baltimore, then by car to Anacortes (2+ hours), then by ferry to Orcas Island, I was thrilled to finally arrive at The Landmark Inn to find it centrally located, nicely decorated, and with plenty of space to spread out - all of which were accurately described by the property and booking site. The beds were very comfortable, the heat worked well, the kitchen nicely stocked and there was plenty of space to store each person's toiletries in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Orcas Island.

I didn't like that my ferry was cancelled, the next one was also cancelled and the one that eventually came was delayed 45 minutes. But that isn't the fault of the Landmark Inn. The staff at the Landmark kindly provided the key code to get into the unit ahead of time. I was incredibly grateful to be able to access our accommodations when we finally arrived so we could get settled quickly and into a nice hot shower after traveling all day!

Very convenient and easy to find at 11pm when we got off from the main road. The Inn is really nice and close to everything.🥰

I liked the view and the proximity to town

Easy to locate on main street in Eastsound. Walkable to shops, wonderful Brown Bear Bakery, well stocked grocery store. Easy parking behind the condos. Well stocked kitchen, but not with any cooking essentials like oil, spices, etc. Very clean with comfortable bed, great shower, soft towels, and well working heater.

Would have been helpful to have a few essential cooking items besides the small shakers of salt and pepper. Suggestions would be some oil, a variety of spices, or even some leftovers of small non perishable items that other renters have left. Also some towels racks to hang kitchen towels on. Also, could use additional bathroom towel racks.

Location was perfect. Staff were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pod coffee machine would have been great
