Very dated interior, no air conditioning, parking area and front desk cluttered and looked trashy. Tips: remove the plastic play equipment and “fire pit” from parking area, it looks trashy. Clean up your front office, it also is an eyesore to people checking in. It would be nice to add some landscape lighting to your courtyard leading to the rooms.

Great location, easy walk to town, great view of the East sound. Beautifully furnished apartment. Quiet location. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff!

The location is exceptional, walking distance to the downtown historical sites, stores, restaurants, etc. and the beach. the convenience of having two bedrooms and full kitchen is undeniable. The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable but the pillows are extremely hard.

The hotel does not have air conditioning and no elevator either. the apartment was rather smelly but it became better with open balcony. the service does not include daily cleaning. there were extra towels in the unit, but two of them were very worn out and the third had a huge whole in it.

We love this place. We stayed in unit 6 this time and was nice and roomy with all the comforts of home. Located close to just about everything downtown has to offer with an amazing view of the water.

Great location! The barbecue and play areas were very pleasant and accommodating for our group.

A few maintenance issues in our unit-handles on kitchen sink and microwave needed fixing. A bottle top opener would be handy.

From check in to check out, everything was wonderful! We are hoping to go back next year

The views are amazing from the balcony! The location is perfect to town and across from the waterfront park. The full kitchen made it easy to make food and store items.

There could be a deep cleaning - ie shower tiles had mildew. In the kitchen next to stove, there were large food crumbs between stove and cabinet. Also, the bed is Ok but the pillows are awful. So stiff. Could use plush pillows.

Kitchen sink broken, microwave broken, clean dishes in dishwasher were not clean, dripping bath tube faucet. Lack of easy access to TV streaming services. Outdated decor and in need of a deep cleaning. A bit grimy. Some of the windows were filthy. Potential to be a great place, but it needs an overhaul.
