"Dirty and smelly, in need of renovation"

The location.

The entire building reeked of smoke. The elevator was also very old; I was afraid I'd get stuck every time I used it. However, there's only one elevator and no stairs available (the reception isn't on the ground floor, but on the top floor). The room itself wasn't completely clean and had some defects. This was definitely not a 4-star hotel; in my opinion, it was more like a 2-star hotel.
