"Our short stay was great but this $50 fee for a pillow we didn’t take is absolutely insane!!"

We loved the location & close access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay and had even planned to return for another quick getaway. Unfortunately, that experience was overshadowed by being charged a $50 fee based on an accusation that we took a pillow from the room. We did not take anything that belonged to the property, and it’s frustrating to be charged for something we didn’t do. Who steals a pillow?
