African american lady a front desk, very rude unprofessional attitude

That the hot tub outside was not hot. It was the only reason we booked this hotel. And we couldn't even use it. Kinda ruined our trip.

Nice beach access and decent pool area

Front desk attendant was rude, the place could definitely use a face lift.

Location was perfect. Access to the beach was very easy.

The rooms provide a standard amount of cleanliness which should be the bare minimum in a civilized country. The hotel is really old and only half remodeled. The ceiling was peeling off and carpet needed replaced. The water in the shower would get cold after a few min. I upgraded to an ocean view and only had view of the pool.

The (African American) lady at the front desk was very disrespectful...there was was two others that actually enjoyed their job and were very polite and helpful, would not stay here again because of her, like i didn't stay here free I paid to stay here and I didn't feel welcomed by her, she always had an attitude when I would politely ask her for towels or TP, was just rude for no reason.
