Super 8 by Wyndham Plano/Dallas Area

I have never stayed at this Super 8, yet I received an email from Wyndham/Super 8 thanking me for a “recent stay” that I did not make. After looking into it, I became very concerned that my name and information were used to book a room for someone else without my knowledge or consent. I do not know the people who stayed there, I did not authorize anyone to use my ID or my profile, and I never agreed to have my information used this way. Because of this, I’m now worried about how guests’ IDs, personal information, and payment details are being handled at this property. I have filed a police report and I am taking this very seriously. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to avoid this hotel and be extremely careful about giving them your ID or credit card information until these issues are properly investigated and resolved.

Nothing this was the worst stay I've ever stayed in my entire life the staff Sandy was horrible!! she has a horrible attitude they evidently don't like black people and she does not like black children. She should be fired I would not recommend this pit stop of a motel to anyone in the world I will never go back to this place we were only staying there for a few hours due to a volleyball tournament that we were going to in the morning and it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel the staff nor the manager to anyone in the world and that's saying a lot because I've traveled to a lot of different Hotels and this was the worst ever. Good customer service goes a long way and you can tell when people don't like their job or they get paid a little bit of nothing because they have no decency for themselves and no respect for the people that they are servicing.

My room smelled alot and the breakfast was pretty simple

They did not honor my reservation through booking

The owners are rude

When i arrived, the place was dead because all the construction surrounding the building. I said to my spouse and the receptionist that im willing to bet money theyll find a reason to keep my deposit because they clearly are getting no business...Sure enough, the following morning the receptionist called and said the towels were missing and they had dirt on them so he had to keep my $50 deposit to replace them and bleach 5hem.... WHAT?! How are they both missing AND covered in dirt? .I said show me the dirty towels that are missing, then. He said they can't find them....l The staff are liars and theives. And I wasn't informed on the amount of towels that were supposed to be in there so they can easily lie and say some are missing. They're thieves. As if I would ever steal a motel towel....

Centrally located.

The bed was old and sagged. Found an opened can of fruit in fridge. I reserved a king bed for disabled. Got a double bed, third floor end of hall. Not what asked for. Still waiting for deposit to be back in bank. They said up to three days, NONSENSE. Also a 10$ a day fee, for third party booking. This was money to eat on. I could only afford one meal a day for this. So wrong. After the fact of reservations! No where to plug phone to charge it. Or plug in for my oxygen machine.
