When I arrived in my room there was dog crap on the ground by the door and the bed wasn't made. The TV didn't work until the next day.

Excellent housekeeeping, customer services, nice breakfast, clean, good wi fi, clean room, quiet, and comfortable. I enjoyed the politelness of the staff. Good stop for commute, good place for extended stay. I lived here for a month and loved it. Almost didnt want to leave. Staff very helpful. Worth the price by far. Had no problems with staff or guest while here. I definitely would recommend this place to friends or family who would like a comfortable place to stay while visiting the plano/allen area

Sonny the front end manager was so rude . He made me wait 20 minutes in line and when I asked him if he needed help finding my reservation he started acting so rude and told me that I was not the only one that he was doing all the things at the same time and I told him that I really needed my room because I had to work 3 hours later and he told me that my business was not his business and that I had booked my reservation to her third party and he was trying to find out why I got the room so cheap he is a very rude person that doesn't deserve to be running the business he doesn't know the value of customer service I wonder why he has so many bad reviews that's not how you make business so at the end I did not get the room because he just said have a good night and refuse to give me my room

The TV didnt work

It was a cheap hotel room ! Kleenex box fell out of the wall. Batteries didn't work in remote. Light bulbs were out. Things you'd expect at a cheaper motel.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. Other than that. No comments.
