My family and I will be sure to stay at the Plano location every time we are in the area and need a place to lay our heads while away from home. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. They asked us if we needed anything and were understanding towards my accessibility needs due to my disability. They cared about our experience and satisfaction during our stay.
