Free drinks at club. Room are spacious. Bed sheet was not properly lay out, a bit crumple.

Only one mini pack cotton in the bathroom for 2 nights 2 person. Pillow was so hard and room was dim during night time. There were few missing ceiling bulb. No portable mirror for make up. Water tap is old fashioned, using cheap hair dryer. The side table are so worn out. There were a few Japanese ladies who talked and laughed loudly at the club. Staff did not do anything even though the sign said everyone should lower the voice volume in order not to disturb others. A bit disappointed 😞

The hotel was very close to the station; however you will need to make your way around the building to find the way in. The furnishing in the room had some age but was functioning well.

I had the chance to try the in-room dining services. Unfortunately, on the day of checkout, when I was heading to catch a flight, I had ordered breakfast on the previous day which was for 8:00-8:30 but had only arrived at my room at around 8:40. It was frustrating to happen when you are trying to catch your flight, but I suppose errors can occur and good communication can easily address the issue. But it so happens that, when I tried to call in-room service over the landline around 8:20 for confirmation, they wouldn't pick up, and I tried multiple times. The uncertainty from having no communications, where I wasn't sure if the breakfast would be sent or not, is really disappointing. To be fair, on a previous day, my in-room breakfast arrived smoothly without any issues. Still, people should be aware that delays and communication issues like this can occur. The front desk did apologize during checkout, though there was no additional follow-up regarding the inconvenience.
