清潔で、景色が最高

Exceptional staff and service. Rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Room service was great and respectful. Great location to Shinkansen, restaurants and bars. Beautiful view from room.

Could have laundry facilities.

Fantastic location—so close to the train station which was great as we were there one night en route to Toyokawa. Lots of restaurants really close by. Our room was simple, with a great view and large window, and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary club floor’ with its offering of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks for happy hour as well as the library that was part of it.

There was nothing we disliked.

1111号室だったので、２面採光で眺望が素晴らしく、部屋も広々として快適だった。 また、１５階のラウンジがとても贅沢に造られており、短時間ではあったが楽しめた。

ホテルに着いた時間が遅く、エスカレーターが止まっていた。大荷物だったので階段を上るのがきつかった。のちにエレベーターの場所が分かったが、初めての利用なのでエレベーターの位置が全く分からず階段を上るしかなかった。 また、階段を上って３階に着いてからもフロントの場所が分からず、１６階に行ってみるまで３階を歩き回った。 総体に案内が分かりにくく、閉口した。エレベーターの所在案内、フロントの階数の説明パネルなど、もっと親切であってもよいと思います。
