We loved the location and hospitality of the hotel! Right next to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Wish we stayed longer than one night. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and help us celebrate our honeymoon. Very sweet to welcome us with champagne, fruit plate, and a note. We appreciate them and everything they did.

The only thing was the view was not ideal but hard in the city.

An excellent breakfast buffet with lots of selection. The rooms were very modern but our bathroom door hinges made it a little noisy. Our particular room didn’t have a great balcony or view and it’s unlikely anyone would use it to sit outside.

Beautiful pfacility with a great staff. Our bed was the most comfortable one we slept in while in Greece. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to ocean front restaurants. Try Lppokampos for the best seafood in Heraklion.

I liked everything about this hotel.
