"Perfect stay for exploring Heraklion"

Nice hotel right in the old town, comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast including many classic greek options. Parking right opposite.

The floor was not really cleaned well and a bit dusty. Not a big issue, though.

Hôtel 4 étoiles, moderne. calme, propre, personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner copieux. proche du port et des restaurants.

Peu de place de rangement, cintres du dressing peu accessibles. Chambre un peu petites mais tout confort.

"Bien placé mais décevant à de nombreux points de vue"

La localisation, le personnel (mention spéciale au monsieur qui gérait le petit déjeuner et était particulièrement souriant et professionnel), le petit déjeuner (pièce lumineuse et produits servis variés et de qualité, notamment la bougatsa)

Chambre bruyante (113) car juste au-dessus de l'entrée de l'hôtel (et en face de l'entrée d'un parking très fréquenté) d'une part et attenante à un local technique d'autre part (grésillements H24), malgré son statut "supérieure deluxe". Photos trompeuses, . Lit enfant cassé (il a fallu le montrer au réceptionniste pour qu'il le reconnaisse et le change, pour un lit sale et troué, sans un mot d'excuse). Wifi HS (signalé dès le premier jour, et non réparé au cours du séjour - 4 nuits -), Douche défectueuse (pas de pression) et ménage aléatoire (même si femme de ménage gentille et qui semble faire de son mieux). Salle de fitness minuscule et pas entretenue. Prix annoncé (par message puis lors du check-in) pour le parking faux (prix augmenté depuis plusieurs mois d'après le parking)
