Tivemos uma experiência extremamente negativa. Expulsaram a pessoa do quarto sem qualquer aviso prévio, pegaram nos seus pertences pessoais e retiraram tudo do quarto enquanto a pessoa nem sequer estava no hotel! No e-mail que recebemos no momento da reserva, assim como na própria plataforma Booking, estava claramente indicado que o check-out era até às 22:00. No entanto, decidiram colocar a pessoa fora do quarto às 12:00 do meio-dia, sem qualquer explicação. Além disso, não pediram desculpa e ainda discutiram connosco, até ao momento em que lhes mostramos o e-mail com a informação correta. Um serviço absolutamente inaceitável. Nunca mais voltaremos.
