Too many stairs

It did have hot water

Not clean. Ants everywhere. Even in bed bathroom etc. Very poor response from host. Unaccomodating It should be made clear how many steep strps one has to climb with luggage! 77 in total!!

Host was fantastic, always happy to help and give advice. The view from the room was spectacular, can be seen from a small balcony. Heating worked well. Had a small fridge with 2 bottles of water.

Room was damp with black mould on the walls, partner had bad chest leaving. Not cleaned very well, dust and marks on walls, sink and soap dispenser. Bed was ok. Shower was ok. No english channels on the tv.

I am deathly afraid of heights, having to walk up the stairs to the apartment with suitcases was very hard. The width of the stair case outside of the apartment was very narrow.

The room was good. We were advised that the property had no lift but underestimated the three floors of stone steps and the narrow steps up to the lovely terrace in front of our room for people of our mobility and carrying luggage. Meeting the host at the beginning would have been helpful although Agostoni did send helpful videos and and was very responsive on WhatsApp.
