Our stay here was lovely! We were driving back to Spain from Courchevel and had to stop in Bordeaux because it got very late. They accommodated us last minute and overall the staff was wonderful, and the hotel and rooms were impeccable. Would stay here again!

Hôtel très bien et tarif très correct Par contre l’amabilité et le sens du service laisse à sérieusement à désirer pour certains membres du personnel..!!! C’est dommage cela gâche tout le positif du reste !

Das Hotel haben wir bereits mehrmals und bislang ohne Probleme besucht. Bei Anreise hatten wir zwei Wünsche: Zimmer in einer höher gelegenen Etage und auf der ruhigen Seite des Hotels da die lautere Seite einer 24h pro Tag extrem stark befahrenen Überlandstraße zugewandt ist. Erst hieß es, es gibt nur Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und Zimmer auf der ruhigen Seite seien nur für Bonusprogramm Mitglieder. Nachdem ich meine Mitgliedsnummer vorweise, sind plötzlich alle Zimmer ausgebucht auf der ruhigeren Seite. Und dann gab es plötzlich doch ein Zimmer im fünften Stock. Insgesamt war die Rezeptionistin nicht sehr freundlich. Auch haben wir Drogendealer in der Umgebung des Hotels beobachtet. Zukünftig suchen wir uns eine andere Unterkunft.
