Malgré un paiement total à la réservation, l'accueil est digne d'un commissariat de police. Carte d'identité, empreinte de carte bleue, dépôt de caution ... Des règles inadmissibles surtout qu'il n'y a pas d'état des lieux de sortie, ni de mini bar. Facile quand il y a une caution bloquée à la banque ! L'hôtel ne sait pas que la CNIL a récemment rappelé aux hôteliers qu"il était interdit de prélever des informations sur une pièce d'identité. Il est également interdit de faire une empreinte CB sans montant. Les hôteliers devraient se demander pourquoi les clients les fuient pour se tourner de plus en plus vers les Airbnb qui n'imposent pas toutes ces règles internes. Ils réfléchiront quand ils déposeront le bilan... Cet accueil est lamentable, dommage car les chambres sont très bien.

Une nuit d’étape. Pratique avec le parking sécurisé. Le prix était très correct. Petit bémol sur le bruit continu de la voie rapide en contrebas malgré des fenêtres fermées.
