The bed and pillows were soft, we had a good sleep. My husband forgot his hearing aids and it was surrendered to the front desk who called me. That was a big deal, thank you to the kind staff!!

The bathroom door does not lock! There was a hole where the handle may have hit the wall and someone had put some melted plastic or glue instead of fixing the hole!?! Also the seams of the bathtub enclosure as well as the floor grout need some scrubbing
