"Frankly Dury Inns are great for exploring Frankenmuth."

Got there during renovations and the staff were a little worried about the noise. It was no problem and getting one of the very recently refurbished rooms was perfect. When travelling Dury Inns are always an excellent place to stay. Ok a tiny bit noisy but we were a very happy. A great place to walk around the sites of Frankenmuth.

"Did not get refund."

I asked for a refund due to renovations (no pool, hot tub)the hotel clerk agreed and forwarded me to Booking.com. I talked and submitted the refund request and never got my credit. VERY disappointed in Drury. Please refund i did not stay at the hotel.
