Drury Inn & Suites Frankenmuth

Every employee made us feel welcomed. Rooms have just been renovated, it is so clean and fresh. When we asked for suggestions on where to go on a wash out of a day the girl at the front desk was very helpful. Before my stay, I received 2 calls to make sure I knew that they were doing renovations so during the day. I appreciated that they have us a heads up so we could find a new place if that was a deal breaker. It wasn't. I recommend staying here!

I didn't know my room had a refrigerator, we found it as we were double checking everything as we left the room. It is in a cabinet.

Staff very friendly and helpful

They were working on the hotel and it was very noisy. Our king deluxe suite was very small for the price I paid. Never been in a king room so small and dark. Very disappointed. Have stayed here numerous times and have been very satisfird.

The staff—and especially the manager, Tony—were fantastic and delivered excellent customer service throughout my stay. Breakfast was great, and the afternoon appetizers and drinks were a wonderful touch. Thank you, Tony, for making my visit such a positive experience.
