People was nice

It was very dirty the rooms was unsafe first room they give us heat didn't work second room we couldn't open the door 3 room was dirty the bathroom floor was unsafe I was worried every time I had to use the bathroom it was going to fell in the toilet was coming up off the floor the floor was falling in the cold water in the shower had a hard time getting it to work alot of soft spots in the room floor

The location was great. We were there for a funeral, so the location was very convenient.

The lobby was dark and closed. You had to use a night window during all hours. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the tub was dirty. The room wasn't clean,and most of the outlets didn't work. The write-up stated that there was an iron in every room. There wasn't. I had to go back to the night window and ask for an iron and more pillows. The iron I was given didn't even work. We had to wear wrinkled clothes to the funeral.We couldn't get out of the reservation due to a non refundable policy. There was also a $20 cash only deposit, which was returned upon checkout. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

The room nasty carpet nasty ripped water not hot at all out of date pictures on line is false door wouldn't lock not a safe place to stay the owner was not concerned!!! People doing drugs there Don't stay there!! They wouldn't give money back!! We left stayed at Baymont very nice!!!
