I was amazed that it is located in the middle of everything but the location was also separated from all of the noise.

I think there may have been some water damage in the bathroom floor

Extremely convenient to food, shopping & racing. Thie manager is a Very nice & friendly gentleman. We stayed there last year so he made sure we had the room we requested then honored the SAME rate when we extended out stay BOTH years!! We'll be back this fall.

The steps onto sidewalk then into the room are difficult when you are handicapped like we are. We did NOT request a handicapped room as they aren't impossible to overcome, just difficult.

False advertisement wanted a security deposit advertised that there was a continental breakfast no breakfast

That the Manager was so prompt about fixing the issue in the bathroom...very kind...

The Room and the Tub... needs a Deep Cleaning.....just very Nasty tub and shower curtain...also had a bad smell...ended up paying for a room that we used as a storage of our belongings while we attended an event ..My husband and I did not stay the night...we left around 2:00 am and drove 1.5 hours to our home....Our Clean Place,!!!!..... Suggestions...Find A House keeper that Cleans....😠

Nothing worked, the light switches do not work the heat did not work the microwave did not work and it was dirty with trash inside of it the man came and bent wires in the heat and it still wouldn't work so he moved us to another room that was infested with bed bugs and promised he was going to refund and instead he did not and we provided him with one of the bed bugs we found and photos
