It clean and comfortable

I didn't like the way I was treated when checking outI wanted the desk ckerkto look at the room be fore I left to make sure I got my deposit back the man at the desk was very rude

Room is spacious & clean

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. A box of donuts? Empty coffee pot( terrible coffee anyway) Last year there was a decent choice. This year was absolutely pathetic

It was at a good stopping point in our journey.

The room faced the freeway and was very loud all night. The air.conditiioner didn't work. The coffee pot was inoperable. The sheets were abrasive. The staff were indifferent and dismissive.

The TV didn't work, but the clerk who came to see about it was very accommodating and offered us another room although it was smaller with only double beds instead of queen beds. He also offered to leave his personal computer so that we could try to bypass whatever was wrong with the TV but we declined that. He was very nice.

The TV didn't work. The things in the room didn't seem conveniently placed for what they were supposed to do. Such as, the microwave was in a cabinet that you had to stoop over to access, and you couldn't see the buttons that you needed to push to make it run. Also, the refrigerator was in another cabinet that every time you opened the door, the refrigerator almost got jerked out of the cabinet, it was so light. The cabinet between the beds was too small for the normal things you would need for two people traveling to conveniently use. The lighted bathroom mirror was so bright, that your reflection in the mirror was too dark then to see what you looked like. But the main complaint was there wasn't enough insulation between the second floor and the bottom floor too muffle all the stomping and dropping of suitcases, or whatever, that happened when people came in at two or 3 o'clock in the morning both nights and continued to make noise for at least an hour, completely disrupting our sleep both nights. That part of it was awful.

We went to the lobby/breakfast area at 6 am, the posted start of ‘free breakfast’ time. Not only were the lights out and no food anywhere in sight there wasn’t any staff person at the front desk. We rang the bell and no one came! If your hotel is not going to serve ‘breakfast’ then the posted sign needs to be removed! Very poor service.
