I didn't have breakfast. The only problem i had was the freeway noise was a bit much but there's not much you can do about that i suppose.

Freeway noise was a bit much (50 yards away).

Nothing --- staff are totally unprofessional additionally was charged a higher rate than what I had reserved and staff was unable to answer or assist. Who can assist me with this concern? Additionally purchased insurance for unforseen circumstances and no one at the site was able to assist. We make reservations assuming that what is stated that they offer are true and only to find out they are not.

I am requesting to have the rate that I booked my reservation to be honorred. Continental breakfast is not DONUTS!!!!----Please change the publication where you are stating breakfast and STOP misleading additional guests.

"Okay for one night."

Clean room, comfortable bed and bedding. Blackout curtains were great and provided privacy.

The outside of the facility is neglected and dirty when compared to the room. I really didn't want to stay at the facility any longer than was necessary. The room was small, the curtains were drawn all the time because of the walkway and the lighting was inadequate.

"If you just need a bed, you could do worse but you could also do much better for the price."

Shower was nice. Newly upgraded.

Shades/drapes have large gaps and don't seal out light. Overall, way too bright all the time. Very noisy. Threadbare bedding. Air conditioner didn't work. No coffee or refreshments in the lobby in the morning. Extremely noisy and rough bathroom fan with no way to just turn on the light only.
