"Filthy Hotel"

I drove up to the hotel and it was filthy from the outside. Everything I could see was dirty and unkept. The curtains to the dirty windows looked bad. The whold appearance of the hotel made me uncomfortable enough that I just drove away knowing that I wouldn't get any refund. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures advertised. I would never stay here!

"Hidden gem in Centerville."

Great hotel. Priced right , friendly attentive staff. Nothing fancy but WAY better than the 6 or * guys. Stay here a lot so I know.

The property was clean enough. It is an older property and in seemingly good order. It was near where I needed to be and certainly I have stayed in worse. The biggest disappointment I had was that there was no breakfast. The people at the desk said a group of people ate all of the breakfast. They told us about a place where we could buy our own breakfast.

I didn’t stay because as soon as I opened the door, there was a big cockroach in there. They offered me bug spray when I told the front office that it was flying

The king bed (mattress) needs to be replaced. The mattress was so worn out on the edge and middle. The place is dated but not too bad. Location is convenient for what we needed.
