The bed was hot and it was hot in the room even tho the a/c was on 68* and on cool I’m thankful that I had my table fan with me

The overall look of the rooms looked clean, but under closer inspection not so clean. The a/c unit smelled like mildew. I cleaned it for them and it was terrible. Nice people though.

There was an extra charge for 3 people in the hotel room, but there was nothing additional added to be paid for (i.e. breakfast or a couch bed). The room was warm the whole time because the AC was not cold, even on the coldest setting. When they can to clean our room while we were gone they turned the AC to medium so the room was warm when we got back and the AC couldn't cool in down in time for sleeping. It was colder outside then in our room, but who wants to sleep with the door and windows open. It was clean.

The property was conveniently located in outside of a very friendly desk employee this place would not be my first choice next time. The outside entrance was expected but the room needed some work. The bathroom had not been updated probably since the building was built and it showed with dark spotting at several corners of the caulked edges in the tub and a toilet seat that had the outer layer starting to chip off. The towels are about as thin as you can get and even though the sheets were clean there's not much positive to say. Television remote did not work properly and when I went down for breakfast in the morning I expected at least something I could pick up and take back to my room due to covid but no, they've decided to eliminate it completely. Enjoy your coffee in your room because that's all you get. The staff was friendly but the ownership needs to make some improvements before I could recommend this hotel to anyone.

"WAY over performed!!!!"

Usually, when staying at inexpensive motel, you expect a certain low level of care, and accept that as an unpleasant side effect of saving money. That wasn't the case here. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable staff (especially the young lady who checked me in), quick response any time I needed help (including at 1AM), clean, well-kept room, everything worked. I highly recommend this hotel.
